Executive Board
President:
Responsibilities:
• Preside at Monthly Meetings
• Chair Executive Board Meetings
• Find Speakers for General Meetings
• Oversee the general operation of the club, its committees and functions
• Be responsible to MOMS Club International
• Liason with other area MOMS Clubs, organizations and the community
• Prepare annual report for MOMS Club International
Administrative Vice Presidents:
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate community service projects & fundraisers
• Assume President’s responsibilities as needed
• Assist President as needed
• Responsible for advertising for the Newsletter
• Coordinate press releases for community events and service projects
• Assist with completing annual reports for MOMS Club International
• Publicize club within community through newspaper ads
• Maintain nametags for current and new members
Membership Vice President:
Responsibilities:
• Promote membership within the group; Periodically follow up with inactive members
• Act as a greeter at all Monthly Meetings
• Follow up with inquiries, first time visitors and new members
• Maintain Forms: Liability, Visitor Liability, Care Giver Liability
• Maintain, assemble and distribute NMP, Application Packet, and Liability Forms
• Provide list to Treasurer and Newsletter Editor each month of upcoming renewals
• Notify members of upcoming renewals
• Notify Executive Board of non-renewing members
• Assist with completing annual reports for MOMS Club International
Treasurer:
Responsibilities:
• Maintain MOMS Club expenses and accounts (Deposit & disburse club funds)
• Collect dues and present upcoming renewals at Executive Board Meetings
• Assist fundraising committee
• Present financial report at Executive Board
• Prepare annual financial report for MOMS Club International
Secretary:
Responsibilities:
• Take "minutes" at Board & Monthly meetings
• Maintain & Create Calendar of Events & Birthday List
• Maintain Newsletter and distributes to members
• Maintain sign up sheets for monthly volunteers (snacks, nursery, etc.)
• Call or email volunteers before monthly meeting to remind them
• Along with AVP, solicit advertising for newsletter
