Joining the MOMS Club® is easy!
If you're interested in joining the MOMS Club® of Clarksville, TN, please fill out the form below and our Membership Vice President will be in touch with you.
Here's how it works:
1. Contact the MOMS Club® of Clarksville, TN via email: clarksvillemomsclub@yahoo.com Please include your name, address, phone number and children’s names and ages. The MVP will then email you a membership packet. (Note: If you cannot open Word or PDF documents via email please state so in your initial email and a hard copy can be mailed.)
2. Attend a meeting! The MOMS Club® of Clarksville, TN has a monthly meeting the 1st Friday of the month at 10:00 am. Please contact our MVP to verify as this can change at times, due to meeting site availability. You may attend two general business meetings before joining. Please let MVP know when you plan to attend so that she can coordinate a "buddy" to look for you and welcome you! If you're interested in joining mid month, just mail your membership form and dues to the MVP.
3.Once you decide to join, sign and complete the membership form and mail to MVP (address at the bottom of the form) along with your yearly dues of $20. By signing the Membership Liability Release form you agree to follow the membership guidelines.
After You Join:
**Once your membership form has been received you will be emailed our current monthly calendar and roster information. This information is private and should not be shared with anyone. Please keep this information handy in case of emergency or in case you need to cancel after sending an RSVP to a host.
**Members may attend or participate in all MOMS Club® of West Clarksville, TN events and benefits. Please remember to RSVP to the host directly in a timely manner. If you qualify to receive Helping Hands Benefits, please try to contact the coordinator in advance.
